FTMF Services was established from a dedication to rectifying the systemic failures we personally witnessed within local homeowners' associations. Following a move back to Spokane Valley, we encountered significant operational challenges that threatened the financial security of our neighborhood. It was evident that existing management lacked essential communication, transparency, and legal integrity. Our community faced insolvency due to fiscal mismanagement and a profound lack of accountability regarding association assessments. Driven to protect our investment, I served as Board Treasurer for nearly three years, during which we experienced a series of inadequate management transitions. We observed firsthand a industry-wide pattern of excessive fees and ethical negligence, where providers prioritized profit over their fiduciary duties to homeowners. These experiences highlighted a desperate need for professional, honest, and competent HOA management. We formed this company to ensure that no other community has to navigate the complexities of property management without a partner committed to moral excellence, financial clarity, and genuine advocacy for the residents they serve.
